Max has a wealth of experience in all aspects of a traditional family Solicitors practice. Qualifying in 1976, he has dealt with issues all families face from the cradle to the grave! This includes matrimonial law, licensing law, criminal law, property law and the law relating to Wills, death and probate and trusts. He now concentrates more on Private client work.
Outside of the office, he is a keen sportsman and former councillor and school governor. He has been secretary and chairman of Colwyn Bay Rugby Football Club, a councillor for 16 years, latterly on Conwy CBC including a 3 year spell as chairman of the Planning Committee.
Sam has worked at Osborns since May 2013.
Outside of the office he is involved in a number of local theatre groups both on and off stage as well as enjoying sport and music.
Tania has worked at Osborns since January 2014.
Outside of the office she enjoys keeping fit and holidays.
Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant
Diane has worked at Osborns since May 2001.
Outside of the office she enjoys keeping fit, supporting local sport and holidays.
Yvonne works through her own company providing management accounts information and accounting services to a wide range of clients.
Outside of the office she enjoys gardening and is treasurer to Glan Conwy Cubs and Beavers. She also assists with some fund raising events for St David’s Hospice, Llandudno.
Quality Management Consultant
In consultation with the Law Society in the early 1990’s David had input to the original design of Lexcel Practice Management Standards. He is now using this experience to assist Osborns in maintaining the Law Societies requirements in meeting these standards.
Out of the office, his interests include rugby, golf, walking, choral singing and watercolour painting.
